Job summary

Evri Premium in Coventry is seeking a Process Manager for the night shift. You will lead the operation, guide Supervisors and Team Leaders, and ensure safe, efficient parcel handling while meeting service and productivity targets.

You will balance people, performance, cost and service in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing volumes and demands with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing within a busy warehouse, logistics, parcel or distribution environment.
• Comfortable using data and KPIs to understand performance and make decisions.
• Visible, engaging leadership style that drives safety, service and performance.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operation across the night shift
• Managing and developing Supervisors and Team Leaders
• Planning resources against forecast volumes and operational requirements
• Monitoring productivity, performance, costs and operational KPIs
• Ensuring service levels are achieved while maintaining high operational standards
• Identifying issues quickly and implementing effective solutions
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance
• Supporting peak planning and changes in volume and demand
• Driving continuous improvement across processes, productivity and ways of working
• Working closely with other operational teams and stakeholders across the business
