Job summary

ENABLE Scotland is seeking caring Personal Assistants to join our night-shift team in Barrhead. You will provide person-centred support to Jimmy, Mark and James, helping them live independently and participate in activities, with duties including personal care, moving and handling, medication support, household tasks and accompanying appointments.

Qualifications

• Empathy and ability to work with adults with additional support needs.
• Strong communication and team collaboration.
• Respect for autonomy and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred night-time support to enable independent living.
• Assist with personal care and wellbeing as needed.
• Support medication and financial audits when required.
• Assist with moving and handling and daily living tasks.
• Accompany to appointments and social activities.
• Promote choice, independence and inclusion within the community.
• Complete household chores such as cleaning and ironing.
