Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Children’s Complex Care Support Worker to join our specialist team, providing one-to-one care for a 6-year-old client in Benenden. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to help a child thrive within the home while supporting the family’s wellbeing and independence.

Shift information: 12-hour waking nights in Benenden, Kent with available nights on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months care experience.
• Experience with paediatric clients.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to the client’s needs.
• Build a trusting relationship with the child and family.
• Support clinical and daily living needs in a home environment.
• Work with a nurse-led clinical team to provide safe, high-quality care.
• Promote comfort, wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
