Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking a hands-on Parcelforce Worldwide operative in Liverpool to unload and load parcels, sort them for delivery routes and prepare trailers for drivers. You will provide friendly, dependable service to customers and colleagues while handling goods safely.

The role requires a full manual UK driving licence, the ability to lift up to 30kg and a strong attention to detail. Overtime opportunities are available and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address.
• Good attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer focused.
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player.

Responsibilities

• Unload / Load parcels.
• Sort parcels to correct delivery route / prepare trailer for drivers / onward transport.
• Provide a friendly, dependable service for deliveries and business mail.
