Night Shift Operations Manager

Join us as a Night Shift Operations Manager at our UK-wide distribution centre during an exciting growth phase. Focused on continuous improvement, safety, efficiency, and accuracy, we are expanding our ecommerce capabilities alongside traditional distribution.

Location: Northampton - 10pm - 6am - Monday - Friday

Ideal candidates may currently be Shift Managers, Operations Managers, Logistics Managers, or Senior Shift Team Leaders eager to develop further.

• Manage the Night Shift operations to meet budgets and KPIs.

• Lead the night pick operation.

• Oversee deployment and performance of the warehouse team to enhance productivity.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.

• Demonstrate leadership behaviors to recruit, engage, and develop team members and foster a positive culture.

• Manage change effectively, promoting positive outcomes and understanding impacts on staff.
