Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments (24/7 logistics preferred).
• Proven ability to manage a large operation and liaise at all levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience planning and executing warehouse operations.

• Lead and develop a dedicated warehouse team to achieve targets.
• Deliver training, monitor attendance and performance, and keep high housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate between team members and management to maintain smooth operations.
