Job summary

Exemplar Health Care's Wytham Lodge care home in Burnley is seeking a Unit Manager (RGN, RMN, RNLD) for night shifts. You will lead a nursing and care team on your designated unit, drive quality and maintain high standards of person-centred care, under the Clinical Nurse Manager.

You must be registered with the NMC, have post-registration and management or supervisory experience, and be comfortable working nights.

• First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
• Post-registration and management or supervisory experience or training.
