Job summary

SJS Recruitment client in the UK is seeking a versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer with FMCG background to join a high-performing engineering team. The role focuses on maintenance, repair, installation tasks and driving process improvements on critical production machinery.

You will work in an automated FMCG environment across multiple disciplines and be apprentice qualified with an engineering qualification (C&G level 3 / NVQ level 3). The shift pattern is 3 on / 3 off / Days & Nights.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and fault finding in automated FMCG manufacturing.
• Hands-on engineer with ability to perform maintenance, repair and installation tasks.
• Ability to drive process improvements and reliability in production lines.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and installation tasks on critical production machinery.
• Implement process improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
• Report to Engineering Manager and work across multiple disciplines.
