Smart Solutions are recruiting for a Night Shift Multi Plant Operative to join our client in Wembley. You will operate mobile plant equipment safely to support the day-to-day running of the waste transfer station.

This role suits an experienced operator with licences for Loading Shovel and 360 Excavator, and who can work permanently night shifts. The position offers ongoing work and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Loading Shovel licence is essential (required to operate equipment).
• Valid 360 Excavator licence is essential (required to operate equipment).
• Experience operating Loading Shovel and 360 machinery in a waste/industrial setting is preferred.
• Experience in waste management, recycling, or transfer stations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate Loading Shovel and 360 Excavator safely and efficiently.
• Move, load, and manage waste and recyclable materials around the site.
• Support general site operations and material handling.
• Carry out daily plant inspections and report defects.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
• Work effectively as part of the night shift team.
