Nouvita Healthcare Ltd. is seeking reliable Mental Health Support Workers to join Howe Dell Manor in Hatfield. Night shifts, part or full-time opportunities, with full training and progression opportunities available within a friendly team.

You will work to support adults with complex mental health needs, following care plans, logging updates, and sharing information with the team. Training provided, visa sponsorship not available, and on-site parking offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care setting is valued.
• Flexibility for day and night shifts.
• Good communication and record-keeping.
• Understanding of how mental health affects daily life.

• Put care plans into action and update records with clarity
