• Experience in a fast paced operation with demonstrable people management responsibility.
• Ability to motivate and lead a high performing team in a depot setting.

• Excellent reporting and data analysis skills for KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage a night shift team of warehouse operatives ensuring engagement and motivation.
• Oversee unloading of lorries and efficient, timely depot operations.
• Supervise accurate sortation to meet KPIs and targets.
• Achieve CAD percentage and depot throughput targets as defined.
• Meet saturations targets and maintain health, safety, productivity, and cost goals.
• Resupply staff at short notice for employee absences.
