Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Wolverhampton is seeking a Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain production continuity through planned and reactive maintenance, while driving TPM records and improvements.

The role requires working permanent night shifts (8:30pm–6:15am, Mon–Thu, 9h15 shifts) with a 30% shift allowance. Apprenticeship/City & Guilds experience is preferred, along with strong organisation and IT/computer skills; IPAF/FLT beneficial.

Qualifications

• A solid apprenticeship or time-served background with City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer literacy and CMMS/CORE familiarity is advantageous.
• IPAF and FLT licenses are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support production continuity by performing planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain TPM records and drive continuous improvement in processes and practices.
• Adhere to health & safety and environmental policies across shifts.
• Fault finding on a range of industrial equipment, including CNCs, welding, motors, and PLCs.
