Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to support production continuity at our Wolverhampton site.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, maintain TPM records, and drive continuous improvement, with permanent night shifts and a 30% shift allowance.

The role requires fault-finding on CNC machines, welding equipment, PLCs, and reading schematic drawings, working with the Facilities Manager to optimise downtime.

Competenze

• Apprentice-trained with City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Good stakeholder communication skills.
• Be able to read schematic drawings.
• IPAF and FLT licenses beneficial but not essential.

Mansioni

• Support production continuity by carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain TPM records and drive continuous improvement.
• Work permanent night shifts to support growth with a 30% shift allowance.
• Manage maintenance requisitions via CMMS and report progress to Facilities Manager.
