Collins Aerospace in Wolverhampton is seeking a Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer to support production continuity through planned and reactive maintenance. You will work nights on a 8:30pm–6:15am schedule with a 9h15m shift and a 30% shift allowance, handling TPM records and real-time problem resolution.
Primary duties include CMMS management, fault finding on CNC and other plant equipment, and adherence to HSE policies while driving continuous improvements.

The role of the Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer will be to support production continuity by carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Work will be allocated through the Agility CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and associated mobile application by the Site Facilities Manager. The successful candidate should have a strong sense of ownership for their work and take pride in what they do. The applicant must possess the necessary enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed and discipline to achieve significant results for the department and the organization. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining TPM records within the department whilst driving continuous improvement to processes and working practice. The Maintenance Engineer will be required to work permanent night shifts to support the ongoing growth off the company and sometimes carry out tasks outside of their normal reemit and working hours, so flexibility is essential; 8.30pm till 6:15am Monday to Thursday 9hrs 15mins shifts Shift Allowance 30%
