Job summary

Hariley Solutions Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking a Machine Operator for a night shift, Monday to Thursday, 8:30pm–6:30am. The role is 38–40 hours weekly with a 12-week temp-to-perm contract and a clear path to permanent employment.

You will operate punch presses and manual equipment, read engineering drawings, cut materials to size, pack finished goods and support warehouse tasks, with safety and accuracy as priorities.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail and practical skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery including punch presses, bending tools and manual equipment.
• Cut materials to size using saws.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Take measurements and perform basic calculations.
• Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch.
• Support general warehouse and labouring duties.
• Perform manual handling as required.
