Job summary

Straight Forward Recruitment Ltd is seeking reliable Production Operatives to join our client’s manufacturing team. You will work in a two-person production pair, rotating between two machines and covering 18:00–06:00 shifts, with 3-hour rotations.

You will operate machinery, load raw materials, pack, label, and perform quality checks, while keeping areas clean and following health and safety procedures. Previous production experience is preferred but not essential; physical work and night

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing or machine-operating experience preferred but not essential.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit with ability to stand and move for long periods.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Work as part of a 2-person team to maintain continuous production.
• Rotate between two machines every 3 hours to share workload.
• Load raw materials into machinery as required.
• Carry out quality checks on finished products and pack/label accordingly.
• Keep production areas clean and tidy and follow health & safety procedures.
• Complete required production records and work to production targets.
