Job summary

Straight Forward Recruitment Ltd is seeking reliable Production Operatives to join our client's manufacturing team in Diss. You will operate and monitor production machinery within a small two-person team, rotating between machines every three hours to share workload.

Shifts are nights, 18:00 – 06:00, Monday to Wednesday, with responsibilities including loading raw materials, packing, labelling, quality checks and recording production data.

Qualifications

• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and move around the site.
• Able to lift 25kg bags with lifting aid provided.
• Willing to work night shifts and follow safety procedures.
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Work as part of a 2‑person team to maintain continuous production.
• Rotate between two machines every 3 hours.
• Load raw materials into machinery as required.
• Carry out quality checks on finished products.
