Job summary

Proactive Technical Limited is seeking a Machine Minder for a 4 on 4 off night shift at Hangar Lane, Park Royal/ Acton, West London. The role involves dismantling and reassembling machinery, using basic hand tools, and maintaining safety around industrial equipment.

The candidate should have mechanical experience or solid DIY skills, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Training is provided, with long-term career development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Some mechanical experience or good with DIY and can use basic hand tools.
• Experience using basic mechanical tools (allen keys, drill for unscrewing and screwing).
• The ability to follow instructions and work methodically.
• A good understanding of health and safety when working around machinery.
• The ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Taking machinery and mechanical equipment apart ready for a separate department (training provided)
• Reassembling machinery correctly
• Carrying out basic mechanical duties
• Working safely around industrial machinery and following site procedures.
