Recruit4staff LTD is representing an established packaging business in Redhill seeking a Print Minder with expertise operating the Heidelberg XL75 press to high standards. You will manage print jobs, maintain equipment, and support the team during peak periods, while also working effectively on your own when needed.

The role demands prior lithographic press experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work nights (Mon-Thu 20:45-06:15).

Qualifications

• Experience as a number 1 in a lithographic print press role.
• Proactive and flexible with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to take initiative and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Heidelberg XL75 press to high quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all print jobs are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the press.
• Support the team during busy periods or absences and work well independently when required.
