Responsibilities

• Inspect and certify tasks for Farnborough base maintenance as assigned.
• Supervise line or base maintenance inputs per MOE Part 145 requirements.
• Manage manpower resources under supervision of STM/Team Leader.
• Ensure maintenance documentation is completed and compliant with UKCAA standards.
• Promote quality workmanship and on-time task completion.
• Coordinate handovers and participate in stand-up board meetings.
