Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking an LGV Night Driver for our Operational Logistics team in Bedford and surrounding area. You will transport sewage-related by-products between sites during a rotating night shift pattern, typically around 10 hours including breaks.

We require a Valid Class 1 LGV Licence (Manual) with CPC, proven LGV driving experience, and a safety-focused approach. The role offers an hourly rate starting at £23.38 plus overtime, a strong benefits package, and career progression

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 LGV Licence (Manual) (C+E) required.
• Fully completed CPC.
• Proven LGV driving experience, ideally in a similar industry.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work at height and pass occupational health checks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of an essential service.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport waste products between operational sites.
• Work closely with central logistics teams and site managers.
• Ensure compliance with Anglian Water’s safety and operational standards.
• Maintain three points of contact when working at height.
