Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking an LGV Driver to join our Operational Logistics team in Colchester. The role involves transporting waste products between sites, manual handling, and working a rotating 3-week shift pattern with early starts (4-5am) on a permanent, full-time basis.

You'll hold a valid LGV licence with endorsements, a Class 1 licence (C&E) and CPC, plus a hands-on, flexible approach. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on safety and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV driver's licence with relevant endorsements (Class 1).
• Fully completed CPC.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to work physically.
• Reliable with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport waste products between operational sites, adhering to all Health & Safety procedures.
• Collaborate with central Operational Logistics (WROL) office teams and local site managers.
• Deliver sewage-related by-products to treatment works, farmers' fields, energy centres and sewer networks.
• Work at height as required and complete health checks, maintaining three points of contact on ladders.
• Subject to drug and alcohol testing; may be subject to random testing throughout employment.
