Job summary

Mundipharma in Cambridge is recruiting a Filling & Packaging Line Operator (Legacy Lines) for a 24-month fixed-term night shift. You will support legacy lines during the expansion training, ensure GMP-compliant operation, accurate documentation, and maintain OEE with 5S and effective handovers.

Role requires GCSEs, packaging certification, and experience in a production or regulated environment. Full training provided and a collaborative, safety-focused team awaits.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
• Five GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
• Packaging machinery certification obtained through OEM in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, start-up, operation and changeover of legacy Filling & Packaging lines per SOPs.
• Complete batch documentation accurately to support schedules and compliance.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues to minimise downtime.
• Package pharmaceuticals according to instructions and GMP requirements.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain 5S and assist with handovers; support training as needed.
• Clean lines, perform batch clearance and reconciliation to stay compliant.
