Humanoid in the United Kingdom is seeking a Humanoid Robot AI Data Collector to teleoperate robots and generate high-quality datasets for training advanced AI models.

This on-site role involves hands-on work with on-site systems like UMI, data annotation, and collaboration with world-class engineers. No formal technical background is required; full training is provided. The position operates on a permanent night shift (10:30 pm – 6:30 am).

Responsibilities

• Teleoperate humanoid robots with consistency and ownership over data quality.
• Perform on-site data collection using tools such as the Universal Manipulator Interface (UMI).
• Capture and organise multimodal data (video, motion trajectories, task logs) with high accuracy.
• Annotate and label data following strict guidelines.
• Identify anomalies or issues and elevate or solve them when needed.
• Suggest improvements to workflows, processes, or tools.
• Maintain clear documentation of progress and dataset quality.
• Move with urgency to meet timelines and daily goals.
• Communicate findings and observations across functions.
• Collaborate to foster a high-performing team culture.
