Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a dedicated Data Collector to teleoperate humanoid robots and generate high-quality datasets for AI model training. You will work on-site with UMI tools, annotate data, and ensure accuracy across multimodal captures.

No prior technical degree is required as full training is provided; candidates should be comfortable with computers, highly detail-focused, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Teleoperate humanoid robots with consistency and ownership over data quality.
• Perform on-site data collection using tools such as the UMI.
• Capture and organise multimodal data (video, motion, task logs) with high accuracy.
• Annotate and label data following strict guidelines.
• Identify anomalies and escalate or resolve issues as needed.
• Suggest improvements to workflows, processes, or tools.
• Maintain clear documentation of progress and dataset quality.
• Move with urgency to meet daily goals and timelines.
• Communicate findings and observations with the team.
• Collaborate respectfully to support a high-performing culture.
