Responsibilities

• Teleoperate humanoid robots with consistency and ownership over data quality.
• Perform on-site data collection using tools such as UMI.
• Capture and organise multimodal data (video, motion trajectories, logs) with accuracy.
• Annotate and label data following strict guidelines.
• Identify anomalies and address them at the lowest responsible level.
• Suggest improvements to workflows, processes or tools.
• Maintain clear documentation of progress and dataset quality.
• Move with urgency to meet timelines and goals.
• Collaborate with teammates and report findings openly.
