Job summary

SAGA Truck & Van, the Mercedes-Benz distributor in the United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced vehicle technician to service, diagnose and repair cars and commercial vehicles to Mercedes-Benz standards. You will work on electrical and mechanical systems, using modern diagnostic tools, and contribute to a high-standard workshop environment.

Key requirements include City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a full UK driving licence, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills essential.
• Ability to follow Mercedes-Benz guidelines and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing vehicle problems per Mercedes-Benz guidelines.
• Servicing vehicles to a high standard and working on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Using diagnostic equipment and Star diagnosis to identify faults.
