Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting Class 2 (Cat C) drivers for EVRi Barnsley. Trunking between depots with no multidrop or handball, usually starting between 11pm and 1am. Roles are available as full time or part time with ongoing work.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E), valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card, and no more than 6 points. Full training and onsite support are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C+E entitlement (driver's license).
• DCPC certification required (drivers' hours).
• Digital Tachograph card valid.

Responsibilities

• Trunking and long-distance driving between depots.
• No multidrop or handball.
• Reversing in yard and precise maneuvering of vehicles.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for roadworthiness.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company policies for safety.
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
