Job summary

Pure Staff's Driving Team is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for our client in Bristol, offering regular night shifts from 16:00 with local deliveries of palatalised and boxed aggregates to builder's merchants.

You will operate a modern Class 1 articulated flatbed, aiming for three deliveries per shift and responsibilities include load securing. Nights typically finish around 04:00–06:00.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Category C+E (Class 1) Licence and CPC / DQC.
• Digital Tachograph Card and clean licence (≤6 penalty points).
• Minimum 12 months HGV Class 1 driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete local deliveries to builder's merchants.
• Strap and secure loads before departure.
• Operate an Arctic flatbed with cage sides on night shifts.
• Deliver approximately 3 local loads per shift and reload between stops.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Driver's Hours regulations.
