Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year experience in heavy goods driving.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles on scheduled night-time routes.
• Follow routing and scheduling to ensure timely parcel delivery and collection between hubs.
• Manage loading, securing, and occasional unloading of freight including pallets, cages, and containers.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and complete defect reports as required.
• Handle shipment paperwork, scan consignments accurately, and maintain communication with dispatch teams.
• Adhere to all relevant road safety and company policies to ensure compliance and safety.
