Job summary

Forge Logistics Ltd is seeking a HGV Class 1 driver for SOLO7 operations in Chorley, Lancashire, on a 4 on, 4 off rota. The role predominantly involves nights, moving tractor units and trailers between customer sites with no loading or manual handling.

You will be paid £168 per shift ( PAYE ), with an indicative annual earning around £30,600 based on the rota and paid monthly. A Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC and tachograph card are required, with flexibility on start times and commitment to

Qualifications

• Hold a Class 1 C+E driving licence with valid CPC and tachograph card.
• Flexibility to adapt start times and shift patterns.
• Commitment to safety, vehicle checks and driving-hours rules.

Responsibilities

• Take tractor units and trailers to designated collection points.
• Carry out trunking movements between customer sites.
• Follow work allocated via the Forge driver app and perform vehicle checks.
