Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting for experienced food production operatives on a temp to perm contract at a Bellshill site. You will work Sunday to Wednesday, 7.30pm to 6am night shift, with pay of £14.82 per hour.

Responsibilities include following the production plan, weighing batches, operating mixers and ovens, recording paperwork, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have previous food production experience, good numeracy, and strong communication skills to work

• Previous food production experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the production plan.
• Identify and decant raw materials into food containers.
• Weigh batches to recipes and methods.
• Know mixer settings and follow mixing procedures.
• Understand rack oven programmes.
• Record paperwork and records accurately.
• Adhere to product specs and quality documents.
• Box, label and palletise products.
• Pack at production line speed.
• Follow health and safety policies.
