Marks & Spencer is looking for a Customer Assistant in the Food section to join our frontline team. You will support customers, stock and assist across store areas, including late-night and weekend shifts with an unsocial premium for night hours.

We are seeking resilient individuals who enjoy high-pressure environments, are digitally confident, and eager to deliver excellent service always. 18+ required; may work up to full-time hours in December.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, able to engage with shoppers and resolve queries.
• Clear communication in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools and store devices to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star service at pace to customers in-store.
• Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers.
