Job summary

People Solutions are recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join our client in Crick, Northamptonshire. This role involves operating a forklift safely, picking and packing, and ensuring accurate stock movement in a busy warehouse.

You will work Monday to Friday, night shift 22:00-06:00, at £16.82 per hour with weekly pay. This is an ongoing long-term opportunity with training provided and immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Previous Counterbalance, Reach or VNA FLT experience with a valid FLT licence (in-house licences accepted).
• A basic level of English, both spoken and written.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliability and strong timekeeping skills.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Forklift Truck safely and effectively within the warehouse.
• Preparing and sorting orders ready for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Receiving, checking, and booking in stock accurately.
• Preparing and labelling goods ready for dispatch.
• Moving, storing, and organising stock within the warehouse.
• Supporting Goods In and Goods Out operations.
• Ensuring all products are stored safely and correctly.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
