Job summary

People Solutions are seeking an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client in Weedon, Northamptonshire. This full-time role offers day shifts, 6.00am–3.00pm, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and long-term opportunities.

You will operate a forklift, prepare orders, load/unload deliveries, and ensure accurate stock control. A valid FLT licence and a proactive, reliable approach are essential; training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence (in-house licences accepted).
• Basic level of English (spoken and written).
• Good attention to detail and reliability with strong timekeeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely within the warehouse.
• Prepare and sort orders for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading deliveries and booking in stock.
• Maintaining stock storage and accuracy.
• Supporting Goods In and Goods Out operations and safety procedures.
