Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Rhode Island or via Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ASN required, BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification and knowledge of Rhode Island Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities

• Recognizes and reports deviations from patient norms and treatment responses.
• Provides basic comfort and supports patient and family participation.
• Plans for emergencies, initiates appropriate response, and documents nursing interventions.
• Maintains nursing knowledge and collaborates with health team to achieve outcomes.
