Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and deliver solutions that impact critical infrastructure. Work closely with technical experts in a high-performing team on complex, critical tasks to keep the nation's infrastructure connected and protected 24/7.

Reporting to the Senior Reactive Engineer, the Reactive Fire Engineer will be part of the 1FM Fire contract, working permanent night shifts focused on fire maintenance from our Pirin Court Depot, E16 4TL.

What you’ll do:

• Fault maintenance and rectification, including alarms, suppression, and detection systems.
• Complete all works to a high standard, aiming for first-time fixes.
• Attend to and rectify daily faults on the 1FM Fire contract.
• Update the Senior Reactive Engineer on issues and progress.
• Promote a safe working environment and culture on site.
• Assist with scheduling and work allocation.

Who you are:

We seek an engineer with a strong background in fault maintenance and rectification, available for permanent night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off schedule. Candidates should have:

• Availability for night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Understanding of isolations and faults related to the 1FM Fire contract.
• Proven reactive maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently or in teams across multiple sites.
