THE COLLECTIVE NETWORK LIMITED is seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer in Cambridgeshire to join a top-tier engineering team. The role focuses on minimising downtime and controlling maintenance on conveyors, weighing machines and packaging equipment.

The position offers a salary up to £58,000 plus overtime and benefits, with Nights on a 4-on/4-off pattern. Experience in food/manufacturing environments is desirable, and you will fault-find, test and replace equipment while driving

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering qualification - Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering experience.
• Ability to fault find, test and replace equipment.
• Experience in food or manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Minimising machinery downtime.
• Logging breakdowns and tracking stock usage.
• Completing reactive breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance.
• Working on conveyors, weighing machines, heat sealing, and packaging machines.
• Identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Optimising manufacturing functions.
