Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking an Electrical Night Shift Engineer for a prestigious commercial building in Tottenham Court Road, London. You will perform PPM, reactive maintenance, fault-finding and electrical repairs as part of a small on-site team.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, overtime opportunities, uniform and tools provided, and a cycle-to-work scheme.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified to Level 2 and Level 3 (City & Guilds or NVQ).
• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings.
• Ability to provide copies of relevant electrical qualifications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and perform fault-finding and repairs.
• Maintain lighting systems and emergency lighting inspections.
• Ensure works meet health and safety regulations and site procedures.
• Liaise with client and manage documentation and records.
