Home Bargains at Omega Distribution Centre is seeking Distribution Centre Cleaners to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors. You will work under the Cleaning Team Manager, performing scheduled and ad hoc cleaning tasks while upholding high health and safety standards.

Role involves stock replenishment, training, and collaboration with Warehouse Operations, Transport, and Maintenance to deliver a seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled Cleaning: Complete all allocated cleaning activities to meet the required standards.
• Ad-Hoc Requests: Respond promptly to unplanned cleaning tasks as needed.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Perform equipment checks and adhere to all safe systems of work policies.
• Training: Complete all mandatory and refresher training to ensure competency.
• Stock Management: Replenish cleaning stock to maintain required levels.
• Documentation: Accurately record information in compliance with company policies.
• Team Support: Provide assistance across the cleaning function in line with business needs.
