Job summary

JDR Recruitment are招聘 for Facilities Cleaners to work at a busy Distribution Centre based in Kettering, NN14. The role covers days and nights on a 4 on, 4 off pattern with pay of £12.71 per hour for days and £13.71 per hour for nights. A DBS check is required and the position is temporary to permanent.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending and lifting during shifts.
• Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Able to follow instructions and health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise offices, welfare facilities, canteens, toilets, changing rooms and communal areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and maintain floors to a high standard.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish safely.
• Clean windows, doors and touch points.
• Replenish cleaning supplies as required.
• Respond promptly to spillages and potential safety hazards.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment across the site.
