Job summary

Müller in Manchester is seeking Production Line Operators to join the dairy production team. You will work nights, Mon–Thu, 21:30–07:00, delivering the daily production plan and maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

You will follow food safety procedures, support improvement projects, and contribute to 5S and data capture to optimise production efficiency. This is a permanent full-time role at our Manchester Dairy with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Hygiene knowledge and applicable hygiene standards.
• Experience with Health and Safety regulations.
• Experience in continuous improvement techniques.
• Experience in fast-paced production environments.
• Familiar with temperature-controlled FMCG operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, hygiene procedures and company policies.
• Maintain 5S and visual management in the workplace.
• Participate in training and development to improve working practices.
• Contribute to achieving daily production targets and efficiency.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and waste reduction projects.
• Ensure quality system controls are followed to maintain product integrity.
• Capture and record relevant data and support improvement projects.
• Represent the team professionally and adhere to PPE and dress code.
