Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Team Member at Winchester Services, starting at £13.38 per hour. The role involves serving Greggs products, handling customer orders, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Shifts run full-time from early morning (5am) to 1pm, with weekly pay and opportunities for development. We value teamwork, reliability and a friendly approach to delivering great service to travellers.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service roles.
• Positive, friendly attitude with strong communication.
• Ability to handle cash and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests promptly.
• Prepare hot food, baked goods and beverages as needed.
• Maintain brand standards and cleanliness.
• Assist with display replenishment to maximise availability.
• Support colleagues to deliver a team-focused store environment.
• Ensure a memorable customer experience.
• Help prep store and kitchen for following day.
