Job summary

Vita Group is seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant in Lewisham. You will work nights (9:30pm–6:30am) on a permanent part-time basis (27 hours/week) delivering premium, personalised service to residents and maintaining the site's upkeep.

You will greet residents, handle enquiries, manage parcels, and respond to incidents while contributing to a luxurious, home-from-home experience across Vita Student properties.

Qualifications

• Experienced customer service professional.
• Cleaning will be a significant part of the role.
• Technologically adept with property software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents at Front of House/Reception with a warm, vibrant attitude.
• Answer questions and provide information to residents.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of communal areas during night shifts.
• Ensure facilities are looked after respectfully by residents.
• Provide solutions to issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct block walks every 4–6 hours and report findings.
• Replenish refreshments and manage vending supplies.
• Manage and store parcels for easy resident access.
• Be the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
• Oversee waste management areas following health and safety rules.
