Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a young client with complex healthcare needs in Bradford. The role involves night shifts and home/community care to promote independence, safety and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with complex care, enteral feeding, NIV, cough assist, nebuliser care and chest physiotherapy, and be capable of administering medications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs.
• Comfortable with enteral feeding, NIV, cough assist, nebuliser care and chest physiotherapy.
• Capable of administering medications as trained and authorised.
• Able to build trusting relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily living support
• Assisting with mobility and positioning
• Supporting clinical and complex healthcare needs
• Administering medication as trained and authorised
• Monitoring wellbeing and escalating concerns appropriately
• Supporting community access, leisure activities, and family outings
• Building positive relationships with the client and family
