Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Complex Care Support Worker to assist a young client with complex healthcare needs in Bradford. The role involves night shifts Fri–Sun, 10pm–7am, home and community support, and building a trusting relationship with the client and family.

Ideal candidates will have experience with enteral feeding, NIV, cough assist, nebuliser care, chest physiotherapy and medication administration, and demonstrate calm, compassionate, and professional conduct

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs.
• Familiar with enteral feeding, NIV, cough assist, nebuliser care and chest physiotherapy.

About The Role

Complex Care Support Worker

• 3 Night Shifts per Week: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10pm to 7am

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Complex Care Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a young client living in Silsden with complex healthcare needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life while building a meaningful relationship with both the client and their family.

Our client enjoys spending time with his family, going outside and taking part in social activities as well as playing with his toys. We are looking for a caring, engaging individual who can support him both at home and in the community.

The Role

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide specialist support, helping to promote independence, comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily living support
• Assisting with mobility and positioning
• Supporting clinical and complex healthcare needs
• Administering medication as trained and authorised
• Monitoring wellbeing and escalating concerns appropriately
