Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs.
• Comfortable with enteral feeding, NIV, oral suctioning, cough assist, nebuliser care, chest physiotherapy, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily living support.
• Assisting with mobility and positioning.
• Supporting clinical and complex healthcare needs.
• Administering medication as trained and authorised.
• Monitoring wellbeing and escalating concerns.
• Supporting community access, leisure activities, and family outings.
