Job summary

West London NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse for the Adult Community Nursing Service, Night Nursing, based at Clayponds Hospital in Ealing. The post covers the Hounslow area with shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 across Twilight and Overnight slots.

You will deliver high-quality nursing care to housebound patients, work with out-of-hours services and support planning and evaluation of care in the home setting. A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration (RN1/RNA).
• Experience in community nursing or related areas is desirable.
• Ability to work across night shifts and adapt to flexible patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to housebound patients in their homes.
• Deliver care across twilight and overnight shifts in the community.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans with the Community Nursing Team.
