Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting for a Night Shift CNC Machinist (Programming Training). You will receive specialist training to progress into programming Mazatrol and Smooth controls, with overtime opportunities and a 4-day working week.

The role offers a strong pay bracket (£42,000 - £50,000) and 33 days of holiday, in a manufacturing environment. The position is commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, Wareham, Southampton, Blandford Forum and Dorchester.

Qualifications

• CNC background with hands-on machining experience.
• Willingness to learn programming and tooling.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to training.

Responsibilities

• Perform night shift CNC operations and setups.
• Engage in programming training to advance to Mazatrol/Smooth controls.
• Support production by manufacturing high-quality components.

Night Shift Monday - Thursday 8:30pm to 7am
