Interaction Engineering is seeking an experienced CNC Operator for a night-shift role in its precision manufacturing environment. You will operate CNC machinery, read engineering drawings and ensure products meet strict tolerances while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

The role requires reliable, technically minded individuals who can work independently through night shifts and collaborate with the team to meet production targets with consistent quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, work instructions and production documentation.
• Solid understanding of dimensional tolerances and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently in line with production requirements.
• Load and unload components and ensure machines operate correctly.
• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions and production documentation.
• Carry out basic machine setting and adjustments as needed.
• Monitor machining processes and identify issues or abnormalities.
• Perform in-process and final inspection using gauges such as verniers and micrometers.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized working area.
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
